Our Mission: To provide Care and Assurance to the Aging & Homebound of Marshall County, enabling them to live safely, independently, with dignity at home.
CASA stands for Care Assurance System for the Aging & Homebound. We are a not for profit organization that targets the elderly and homebound of Marshall County with limited resources and family. Organized on October 1, 1978 by TARCOG. CASA is a partner with the United Way of Marshall County.
